14.2 Resolution Superintendent and Treasurer Authority

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Board Resolution Regarding Superintendent and Treasurer Authority (Appendix C). 


14.3 Resolution Remote Learning

It is recommended that the Board of education approve the Board Resolution Regarding Remote Learning (Appendix D with Exhibit A).


15. . Treasurer's Report

15.1 Monthly Financial Report

It is recommended that the Board of Education accept and approve the monthly financial report as presented.


15.2 Budget Commission Amounts and Rates

It is recommended that the Board of Education rescind (previously approved February 20, 2020) and approve the corrected amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorize the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the Coshocton County Auditor. (Appendix E)


15.3 Contract - Pleasant Valley Landscaping

It is recommended that the Board of Education increase the amount of the current mowing contract with Pleasant Valley Landscaping through June 30, 2020 by an additional $5,400, not to exceed $7,200, (previously approved March 12, 2020). 


16. Superintendent Recommendations
  1. It is recommended that the Board of Education adopt the hours based district school calendar for the 2020-2021 school year, adhering to the minimum hours required by law (910 hours for Grades K-6 and 1001 hours for Grades 7-12). (Appendix F)

17. Superintendent Recommendations - Certified Staff

1. It is recommended that the Board of Education rescind the unpaid leave for Carrie Clark, CHS Intervention Specialist from March 23rd through April 16, 2020, approved on March 12, 2020.

2. It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following individuals for Thursday/Friday School Program at CES at the rate of $25.00 per hour per the negotiated agreement:

Joseph Pachuta        Barbara Breen        Donna Yoder

3. It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the resignation of Susan Mann, CES Teacher, due to retirement effective May 29, 2020.
