9.1 Federal Programs
Mr. Matthew Nicholas, Director of Curriculum & Federal Programs

Minutes

Mr. Nicholas presented a PowerPoint and reviewed the Federal Grants that the district currently receives. He reviewed how the grant funds were being used at this time.


10. 152-2023 Board Discussion Items

Mr. Hunt announced the Board Discussion item. At that time, Mrs. Mann asked that the Board go into executive session. Mr. Hunt called for a 2nd and a a vote to enter the executive session.

The Board entered executive session at 6:47 p.m.

The Board exited the Executive Session at 7:50 pm and resumed the regular board meeting.

  • OACHE Fund 007-941M to CES College Visit Fund 019-961H - $2,168.18

12.1 154.1-2023 Coshocton County Board of DD - Instructor Assistants

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the amendment to the Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities Instructor Assistants Agreement for June 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024, to change the cost from $98,500 (approved June 27, 2023) to $118,500.  This adjustment is due to changing the number of Instructor Assistants from four and a half to five and a half.

12.2 154.2-2023 Coshocton County Board of DD - General Services Agreement

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the 2023-2024 Agreement with the Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities for August 24, 2023 through May 24, 2024.

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices for aid in prevention, early intervention, and counseling for the 2023-2024 school year for the following: 

Coshocton Elementary Counselor - Not to exceed 30 hours p/week at a monthly amount of $3,660 for a 9 month period

Coshocton High School Counselor - Not to exceed 27.5 hours p/week at a monthly amount of $3,355 for a 9 month period.
