    This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.  There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated.  Those addressing the Board will be allotted three (3) minutes.

    It is recommended that the Board of Education Approve the following new Funds:

    • #019-961H for the use of the CES College Visit Fund 
    • #018-907H for Student Clothing Service Fund

    It is also recommended that the Board of Education approve the following Transfer of Funds:

    • Tomahawk Fund 200-910L to CHS Principal's Fund 018-905F - $1,200.00
    • OACHE Fund 007-941M to CES College Visit Fund 019-961H - $2,168.18

    11.6 153.5-2023 FY23 Then & Now Certificates

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the attached list of Then and Now Certificates.


    12. 154-2023 Business Items

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following business items:
     


    12.1 154.1-2023 Coshocton County Board of DD - Instructor Assistants

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the amendment to the Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities Instructor Assistants Agreement for June 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024, to change the cost from $98,500 (approved June 27, 2023) to $118,500.  This adjustment is due to changing the number of Instructor Assistants from four and a half to five and a half.  


    12.2 154.2-2023 Coshocton County Board of DD - General Services Agreement

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the 2023-2024 Agreement with the Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities for August 24, 2023 through May 24, 2024. 


    12.3 154.3-2023 Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices for aid in prevention, early intervention, and counseling for the 2023-2024 school year for the following: 

    Coshocton Elementary Counselor - Not to exceed 30 hours p/week at a monthly amount of $3,660 for a 9 month period

    Coshocton High School Counselor - Not to exceed 27.5 hours p/week at a monthly amount of $3,355 for a 9 month period.

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following items:

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the administrative compensation package for the 2023-2024 school year as presented.


    13.5 155.4-2023 Job Description - 319 Early Intervention Teacher

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the job description for Early Intervention Teacher with an effective date of October 23, 2023.
