113-2021 Coshocton City Education Association Agreement
It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the negotiated 2-year master agreement with the Coshocton City Education Association (CCEA)/OEA/NEA as presented for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
Minutes
Dr. Hire reviewed the Summary of Tentative Agreements that were reached in Negotiations that were provided to the Board to show the changes to the agreement. Board Members discussed all of the Tentative Agreements. The actual agreement will be drafted by OEA and presented for signature.
Mr. Bennett stated that once the agreement is finalized, we need to release the list of what we gave up to make this happen. We should make a public statement.
All Board Members present were in agreement.

Dr. Butcher closed by thanking the team and informing all members of the Board that their cost for CCEA is $691,247 for this year only and asked when OAPSE negotiations would begin.
There was some discussion about COVID and the new masking guidelines.
