5.1 099.1-2026 Transportation-On Board Instructor (OBI) Contracts

It is recommended that the Board of Education approves the On Board Instructor contracts with the Certified Instructors listed below:

Ms. Melissa Burkhart - 1 year contract July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027 at a pay rate of $25.00 hr.
Mr. Steve Wamack - 1 year contract July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027 at a pay rate of $25.00 hr.

5.2 099.2-2026 English Learners Instruction Service Agreement

It is recommended that the Board of Education ratify the attached contract with the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center for providing EL Instruction Services for our non-English speaking students @ $60.00 per hour for the 2026-2027 school year, effective August 4, 2026.

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following personnel items pending required paperwork, licensure, and BCI/FBI Background checks. Salary placement is per the negotiated agreement subject to verification of degree and experience:
