    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve Year End items as presented below.

    4.1 FY2026 Year End Advances

    It is recommended that the Board of Education ratify the FY2026 year end advances effective June 30, 2026:

    • Fund 439-9006 Early Childhood Education - $11,748.26
    • Fund 499-9226 Parent Mentor - $1,996.68
    • Fund 516-9226 IDEA B Special Education - $173,654.65
    • Fund 587-9226 IDEA Early Childhood Special Education - $1,494.66
    • Fund 572-9226 Title I Disadvantaged Youth - $101,787.33
    • Fund 590-9226 Title II-A Improving Teacher Quality - $21,130.73
    • Fund 584-9426 Title IV-A Student Support & Academic Enrichment - $21,522.85
    • Fund 599-9226 Title V-B Rural & Low Income - $52,533.15
    4.2 Approve Fund 035 Termination Benefits

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve Fund 035 - Termination Benefits effective 6/30/3026. 

    4.3 Transfer of Funds from GF to Termination Benefits Fund

    It is recommended that the Board of Education ratify the transfer below effective June 30, 2026

    • $169,000 - Transfer from Fund 001-General Fund to Fund 035-Termination Benefits.
    4.4 2026 Year-end Tranfers

    It is recommended the Board of Education discuss the best place to move these funds to and ratify the following transfers effective June 30, 2026. (According to Board policy#6610, The funds are to be transferred to the General Fund. The Board may provide other alternatives and purpose, then authorize the transfer.)

    • $586.94 - Transfer from Class of 2013 Fund 200-915G to 
    • $315.81 - Transfer from Class of 2016 Fund 200-910U to
    • $1,277.70 - Transfer from Class of 2018 Fund 200-910V to
    • $393.41 - Transfer from Class of 2017 Fund 200-915K to
    • $2,057.15 - Transfer from Class of 2019 Fund 200-915M to 
    • $3,448.73 - Transfer from Class of 2020 Fund 200-915N to
    • $2,130.67 - Transfer from Class of 2021 Fund 200-9121 to
    • $3,457.32 - Transfer from Class of 2022 Fund 200-9122 to
    • $1,087.22 - Transfer from Class of 2023 Fund 200-9123 to
    • $2,039.75 - Transfer from Class of 2024 Fund 200-9124 to

    5. Business Items
    5.1 Vendor Contract

    It is recommended that the Board of Education ratify the contract amount of $915,364.89 for Muskingum Valley ESC for the  7/1/2026-6/30/2027 school year, effective June, 30 2026. Contract was previously listed on 5/28/26 agenda but stated we were waiting on the contract and had no amount included.

    6. Executive Session

    Special Meeting for the purpose of entering into executive session for the consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, or demotion of a public employee or official, and matters required to be confidential by Federal law or regulations or State statute, with action to follow

    7. Personnel

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following personnel items pending required paperwork, licensure, and BCI/FBI Background checks. Salary placement is per the negotiated agreement subject to verification of degree and experience:
