    3. 012.0-2026 Approval of Agenda

    It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the agenda as presented or make any necessary changes at this time.

    4. 013.0-2026 Executive Session

    It is recommended that the Board of Education enter into executive session for the purpose of consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, and matters required to be confidential by Federal law or regulations or State statute.

    5. 014.0-2026 Designation of Employees

    Upon exiting the executive session, Mrs. Mann stated that there were two designations to be voted on, each to be considered separately.

    5.1 014.1-2026 1st Item -

    Mrs. Mann stated that the Coshocton Board of Education has decided to place Mr. Mark Kowalski on 10-day paid administrative leave.

    5.2 014.2-2026 2nd Item

    Mrs. Mann stated that the Coshocton Board of Education has decided to name Mr. Matthew Nicholas as interim superintendent.
