    Public Participation at Board Meetings

    In order for the Coshocton City Board to conduct its meetings in a productive and efficient manner that assures that the agenda of the Board is completed in a reasonable period of time, a maximum of thirty minutes of public participation will be permitted, unless extended by a vote of the Board. Any person or group wishing to address the Board shall register their intent in person between 6:00-6:30 p.m. prior to the Board meeting or may email their intent by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 1, 2021 to lelonie.sanders@coshoctoncityschools.com (include name, address and topic). Each participant addressing the Board will give his/her name and shall be limited to a three-minute duration. All statements should be addressed to the presiding officer.


    6.1 086.1-2021 Board Vote to increase time beyond designated 30 minutes

    The Board had a list of 6 more community members that requested to address the Board during this meeting. In order to allow everyone time to express their concerns and be heard. they opted to extend the 30 designated time allotment for the Hearing of the Public for another 30 minutes.The vote is recorded here.
